Tutorial #3 for Uncensored Squawking!

After you have logged in, you will be on a simple page with a simple Welcome message and several buttons.  The top button is for Your Profile.

If you select the My Profile button, you will go to your Profile Settings Page.  At the top of that page is a Help Button.  Everything you need to know is explained when you select that Help Button.
